Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your TurboNest upgrade. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple and fair. Here’s everything you need to know.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@turbonest.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different item or variant? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you’d prefer a direct exchange, just let us know and we’ll help arrange it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
2-Year Warranty
All TurboNest products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If a defect appears within this period, reach out and we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including used or installed products and final-sale items. These will be noted on the product page.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need help, email us and we’ll sort it out.
