Every TurboNest product is built to last and backed by our 2-year warranty. Here’s exactly what that covers and how to make a claim.

What’s Covered

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic changes over time.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
• Damage caused by extreme conditions or failure to follow care instructions.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Claim

1. Email support@turbonest.net with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos or a short video of the defect.
3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Remedies

For valid claims, we’ll either repair the item, send a replacement, or — if neither is possible — issue a refund. The remedy is chosen at our reasonable discretion.

Warranty Period & Proof of Purchase

The warranty runs for 2 years from delivery and requires valid proof of purchase from turbonest.net. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
