Warranty Policy

Every TurboNest product is built to last and backed by our 2-year warranty. Here’s exactly what that covers and how to make a claim.
What’s Covered
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
- Damage caused by extreme conditions or failure to follow care instructions.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
How to Make a Claim
- Email support@turbonest.net with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or a short video of the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Remedies
For valid claims, we’ll either repair the item, send a replacement, or — if neither is possible — issue a refund. The remedy is chosen at our reasonable discretion.
Warranty Period & Proof of Purchase
The warranty runs for 2 years from delivery and requires valid proof of purchase from turbonest.net. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
